If I was out on bond and picked up the same charges I went in with but the charges were drop can I put in for motion to get bind back and receive iT ? I had an dui picked up another dui and it’s wasn’t a dui because I was under the influence nor was I driving

These details are a little fuzzy. I'm not certain which bond you want returned, the first DUI bond or the second DUI bond? When a case is dropped, the Court discharges the bond. I can't tell by your description if your first bond was revoked based on the new arrest.
