More details to this question:
My lawyer only contacts me when he wants money. He’s done literally NOTHING on my final divorce decree. He’s still licensed to practice but has been suspended before. Should I contact the bar association. We have no written agreement just verbal. I do have receipts of the monies I’ve given him.

Your time and money would be better spent on finding an attorney who will complete your divorce. You could contact the local bar association to get names of good attorneys. Go to two or three consultations and find an attorney you feel comfortable working with.
