A neighbor has a dog that when let out of their house, runs over near my bedroom window and barks and wakes me up. I take meds for insomnia. I have told the neighbor to keep his dog in his yard and they don't. This has been going on for over two years. Can I legally kill this dog on my property?

if there is an animal control department where you live, file a complaint with it or if not, the police.
