My brother was assisted in Memphis about 7 months ago for animal cruelty and my dog was taking in the process. The judge has put a hold on my dog at the local Animal Control in Memphis pending a court date. I am a US Army Soldier and was suppose to deploy is why he had the dog for the start. I have since then requested a retirement date effective 1 DEC 16. I need help contacting the judge and regain possession of my dog. What steps do I need to take to contact the Judge. I will be residing in Phenix City Al and my brother will have no contact with the dog. Please help he has been locked up there for going on 7 full months.

I would suggest that you contact the clerk office and find out how to go about setting a court date to get your dog.
