Asked on Nov 30th, 2015 on Animal Law - Florida
More details to this question:
I boarded my Min Bull Terrier for 5 days at a supposedly reputable location. Upon return.... one of our pets items are missing, one is ruined, pet had terrible rash from dried fecal matter stuck to rear and base of tail. Now taking her to the vet for check, replacing damaged/lost items. Is there any recourse for the lack of care and obvious neglect?
