Neighbor dispute

my Neighbors dog and mine go to the fence and bark and her dug under its face can fit under I tried everything to stop this . She filled stalking charges on me. We have yelled at each other over the fence. My dog broke the a piece of the fence ( my fence) which I had enough of this ,it happens every day. I put in the hole of the fence chili powder to try to keep both dogs away. The neighbor called the police .we have a court date set .I would like some help .
