Owner of my dog πŸ•

More details to this question:
My dog went missing 2 days after someone found him & reached out to me to return him, they did so in text messages but when I called to retrieve my dog they never want to tell me where he’s at, the last words I was given was he’s at the Broward humane society! When I showed up at the Broward humane society They claimed not to have my dog πŸ• but a few days ago I believe my dog was given up for adoption by the Broward humane society! I would like to get my dog back! He was stolen from me n was reported to his chipped company I have paper work on him I bought him 3 years ago from a puppy store What can I do!?

First you will need to find out where the dog is and then go from there. If the dog was chipped then in theory therw would be record of that with BHS. The notion of "believing" without evidence or documentation is useless. Otherwise, you may want to retain a lawyer, unfortunately at some significant expense, to contact BHS and see if that gets a response as to your ownership of the animal and go from there.
