Can I be sued for taking pictures of dogs I groom at work and posting them on Facebook without permission from my boss or dogs owner?

Possibly. Anytime you use people likeness or property for commerical gain, there can always be issues. Biggest question is, whether its worth spending attorney's fees to address it?
