I was bitten by neighbors dog when I intervened when my dog had been taken. My dog & I sustained injuries, owner refusing to re home the dog and as I have suffered I would like him to understand that I fear his dog attacking again. so would like some action against him for the inconvenience & pain to my life since this happened.
