WHO CAN BE SUED?

More details to this question:
Recently, my dog escaped off her leash and scared the next door neighbor. The neighbor threatened to sue my landlord if the dog caused any damage or injury. I am the tenant and also the dogs owner. Who can my neighbor sue? Me or my landlord?

Possibly both can be sued and dog misconduct could be a cause for landlord to force you to get rid of dog or be basis for eviction depending upon the terms of your lease.
