Can I receive ssi and will they owe me back pay?

More details to this question:
I was diagnosed with leukemia March 1 2023.i was approved for ssi and ssdi.after 1 ssi check they stopped sending them due to a 126.00 food monthly allowance card that I no longer have.my question is can I get back on ssi again and will they owe Me back pay? The card was only good for 3 months and the only income I have is my ssdi check and I'm drowning.is thier any steps I can take to see if I still qualify and if back pay is owed.
