can i sue my bank

More details to this question:
It's been over a year trying to get my bank to release money to my ex wife they keep saying they will and never do. I keep having to listen to her nag me and the courts saying i need to give her the money but Huntington bank for some reason keeps saying they will but it's been a fricken year and they money is still in my account.

Not sure why they are doing this. You need to give them a letter asking them for a writing explaining their policy to you: Why are they holding the funds? What is the legal basis for their actions? What will it take to release the funds? it might be as simple as closing the account, getting a check made to you and ex jointly and then you endorsing the money over to her. I am sure she will do what it takes to get paid. If they still refuse, you may have to go to court against them.   the good news is their conduct may constitute conversion and the damages for that can be significant.
