If I received my Green Card and my husband took it away from me what can I do ?? I have been in the US only 3 months and he abused me !

I married my Husband in Panamá 3 yrs ago , I finally come to US to live with him , on 2nd day of arrival he started abusing me verbally, not feeding me and pushed me!! I was with my niece I got scared and came back to WPB to stay with her.. He closed my Bank Card and blocked my calls

A person whose green card was lost or stolen, can file an I 90 form for a replacement green card. If you have only a conditional green card, You may be able to self petition based on the physical and emotional abuse you are experiencing at the hands of your husband. You should retain counsel to investigate all the facts before you take any legal action.
