More details to this question:
Can I claim Bankrupcy in the same state again? Or do I have to go to anthouther state? I have kind of proplems with lost leases lost business? I only thing I have is a garage full of my things I worked My whole life for?

You can file Chapter 7 after 8 years from your last case.  So, as long as it has been more than 8 years, you must then file where you live.  If that happens to be the same state, that's fine.
