More details to this question:
I currently make at least 65000 a year and live alone with one 11 year old daughter. I have another 14 month old daughter that I am preparing to go to court over custody and visitations. I am in debt with approximately 58000 between two cars, some recreational vehicles, and multiple credit cards. Is chapter 7 a viable option for me at this time?

Chapter 7 may or may not work for you. You need to get all of your financial information to a good bankruptcy lawyer to have it reviewed. Good Luck
