A timeshare is an asset. If it is not exempt, you will lose it. Start the process by calling a lawyer. $1500 is a usual fee.

Depending on the specific type of Bankruptcy that you file you may bbe able to keep your timeshare. You should meet with a Bankruptcy attorney as soon as possible.
