Can a title loan place suspend your license for non-payment of a loan?

More details to this question:
I was told that if I did not give up my truck that my license would be suspended due to non-payment on a title loan. I told the repo guy I would take him to the truck, but still insisted that my license would be suspended. Can they do this legally?

Not likely. This could be a deceptive and unfair trade practice that those in the collection industry unfortunately do on occasion.
