Can creditor collect after final decry?

More details to this question:
I filed chapter 7 on 2-27-2012 and final decry was 6-02-2012. I had incurred another hospital debt between those dates. Can they collect now after all these years.

Bankruptcy only discharges the debts you had on the filing date. Since the hospital debts were incurred after the filing date, they can collect on them.

Debts incurred after filing are NOT discharged but the statute of limitations may apply if they were not reduced to Judgment.
