After a major surgery in 2012, I have been unable to work, no income at all. I always paid my bills on time and had excellent credit. I was issued a judgement and then just got an execution. I don't have money and not many things of value. Can I file bankruptcy now? Please help.

Yes, you can file bankruptcy now. There is no "deadline" to file a bankruptcy case.
