QUESTION

Can I get my case tolled, or request an extention for my case?

Asked on Dec 28th, 2019 on Foreclosures - Florida
More details to this question:
I ask because I have been desperately been trying to get an attorney to take my case, I've gone to multiple consultations and every time they have denied me, just because my former attorney does not have insurance, I can't file a case without an attorney, so it hinders me and wastes time, and prevents me from going forward, meanwhile the statute of limitations is still approching, and I can't do anything to fight back and I'm silenced, but the judge doesn't know that and will consider it as I don't care about my case because there's no response from me, and the judge will just dismiss it never knowing that all of the attorney's that I went to for help denied me, preventing me from addressing my case, and I'm going to lose my home because no one wanted to help me, that's what I'm facing, it's not fair to me at all, what can I do? I don't want to lose my home.

Sorry - but you can't just throw up your hands and cry "victim!" or "not fair!" and get special consideration. Not sure how or why you are "about to lose your house" or that lawyers won't take your case, as these make no sense in the context of what seems to be a legal malpractice case of some sort or other intertwined with a foreclosure action.
