Can I include pay day loans in a bankruptcy?

More details to this question:
I have 4 pay day loans, one loan from cash call, and I'm in disability right now; can I file those in bankruptcy?

You can, but there could be issues about whether you can discharge those debts.

Generally speaking you can include them in a Bankruptcy, however, much will depend on how long ago the loans were taken out, and what your financial situation was at the time you took them.

Yes, absolutely. Many of the lenders who makes these loans will tell you otherwise, but they are absolutely dischargeable. They may tell you that failing to have the money available to cover the check you wrote as security is a criminal violation and you will go to jail for doing it. Not only is that a lie, it exposes them to liability to you for unfair collection practices. If it happens, I want that case and I also want your bankruptcy.
