Can my house be foreclosed on if I never signed anything?

More details to this question:
My house is being foreclosed on and I never signed anything because the loan was done by my wife. I don't see how they can take my house and I want to fight this case.

The lender should have required you to sign the mortgage even if not the note. You have a defense, but the bank may have some equitable or fairness arguments. You should consult a foreclosure defense attorney.
