Can you use a dead persons credit card?

More details to this question:
Today I overheard my boss use a credit card of her dead fathers to order something over the phone. He was the owner of the company and passed last October. Can she be using this credit card?? Isnt that name and credit card fraud?

Dead people's credit cards can not be used by anyone who is not also on the card.  If the person who is at your company used a card that had been in the name of a decedent, it would not seem to be a problem as long as the person using it was a joint obligor on the card.
