chapter 13 and reporting expenses

More details to this question:
After signing the chapter 13 documents we discovered that we did not report our expenses accurately and forgot to include our credit life policy. We are concerned about reporting this to our lawyer because of the possibility of perjury charges.

Your lawyer is not going to prosecute you for perjury.  He or she can help you prevent that type of problem from arising, however.  You need to disclose everything to your attorney.  That's why you hired them.
