QUESTION

Chapter 13 issue

Asked on May 22nd, 2013 on Bankruptcy - Delaware
More details to this question:
I am currently in a chapter 13 repayment plan scheduled to end next year. Because my son got into trouble with the law I borrowed money from several payday loan companies to raise money for bail and legal fees. I am now seriously in debt and I know once my chapter 13 repayment plan ends I will no longer be protected and my income will be subject to garnishments, etc. I had filed a previous chapter 7 five years before this after a divorce. Would I be able to extend, add creditors or refile another chapter 13 to prevent going deeper into debt?
