im paying on a repossessed car through a law firm called rubin and rothman a few months ago i was served with papers to go to court for a judgement. i agreed to a payment agreement with them and i was told i did not have to go to court today i was sent a letter in the main from them informing me that a annexed judgement was placed against me.i was not notified of this to even appear in court. what are my option. i dont make alot of money and im living with parents trying to get my self back on my feet

The agreement probably said that if you pay the settlement amount the judgment will be marked off. Check your agreement.
