Hi Iam will 321 debt consolidation , now they are into receivership. And I have received court summons. 321 loan people not answering any calls, not responding to emails. What should I do?

Answer the summons. Being in consolidation is not a defense. Many of these companies are scams. Hopefully yours is not one of them. Report the situation to the Attorney General.
