Eviction of tenant whose Chapter 7 bankruptcy is finalized

More details to this question:
Our tenant filed for bankruptcy. This has been finalized by the court. Since that time she has again fallen behind in her rent. Can we evict her?

Absolutely.  You could also seek to evict her (in accordance with the requirements of your state's laws) if she was behind in payments prior to or during the bankruptcy and didn't catch up. Be sure, however, that the discharge had in fact been entered.
