More details to this question:
Ex husband owed me money. He filed chapter 13 after a writ of execution was served. I got paperwork in the mail regarding the creditors meeting and last date for objections. My question is do i have to do anything or do i have to send any paperwork to court to claim my money (proof of claim)? Case is in Santa Ana, California. I live in Ontario California. November 5th was last day for objections.

If you want to be paid anything, you must file a proof of claim by the stated deadline. You did not disclose here what the basis of his debt to you is but if this is a domestic support obligation, you should make sure the Plan is providing for paying you 100%..
