More details to this question:
We filed. Sept 2016 and a year ago the trustee put our mobile home (on its own property) on the market. We have not received any viable offers as of today, 10-19-19. The mobile home is basically a pull out. If the estate has had no offers, & its been listed for over a year, should I file for abandonment? If so, what's the chance of it being accepted? My husband is disabled and medical issues are what put us in this position. If not, how much longer should I wait to hire a lawyer to file to compel abandonment?

Absolutely. I assume you want to keep the mobile home. Have you been making all the payments on the home (and space rent) during your bankruptcy case (I assume it's a Chapter 7)? If so, then assuming the Trustee won't voluntarily abandon the asset, you should definitely seek abandonment. The Trustee will be hard pressed to show any value there if it has been marketed for 3 years without an offer. I would have sought abandonment after about 6 months of no activity.
