Filed a Chapter 13 bankrupcy and was dismissed

More details to this question:
unable to complete plan due to job loss. Current attorney will not contact me. House now in foreclosure and difficult to sell due to defects. Would like to satisfy creditors, etc. What is next recommended step?

If you want time to sell your home, another chapter 13 may help.  Generally, as you've seen, chapter 13 is used to cure a mortgage default.  However, it can also be used to have time to sell your house.  Of course, it all depends on your circumstances, so you should speak to other bankruptcy counsel about your options.
