filed bankruptcy, attorney served UD docs while in bankruptcy

Judge ruled that the UD could not be used and granted a motion to lift stay with understanding they needed to start UD process all over again. They did not, used same case, got a judgment for money and possession using old case. Claimed I did not appear at hearing they were ordered by bankruptcy judge to take off calendar. I now have judgment against me and have been told sheriff will be posting notice to vacate
