filing chapter 7 or 13?

More details to this question:
In credit card debt due to opening a small business( spa). Just closed Dec 2017.My 4 credit cards total around 17,000. I rent a home and have a car payment.I pay the payments and have never been late.I am self-employed and struggling with c.c. debt.Have always had good credit and not wanting to but considering chapter 7 or 13.Need help now

Do not do Chapter 13.  If you can do Chapter 7, $17,000 is a relatively small amount of debt.  It is on the line whether to file or settle outside of bankruptcy.
