Can Homestead and property tax credit and heating credit can it be garnished I'm on Social Security and that is how I pay my bills I have a company that garnished my taxes but I need to know if that includes my property tax credit and my home heating credit

all of those things are part of your State Propterty Taxes and any money due to you is a refund, which is subject to garnishment. Sorry.
