More details to this question:
I am in the middle of having my mortgage reinstated. I already have the papers for my reinstatement from my mortgage company. With that said, am in litigation with HOA for theft etc. I answered the foreclosure notice in the courts in appropriate time. Can l still pursue my case? They HOA are having a meeting tomorrow to discuss it.
