More details to this question:
My house is being foreclosed on and I never signed anything because the loan was done by my wife. I don't see how they can take my house and I want to fight this case.

You have a right to defend because the spouse had to have signed the mortgage, even if the note was only in your spouse's name. However, there are equitable arguments the bank may try to raise. You should consult an attorney.
