There is no way, you need to do a Chapter 13 if it helps you. If you file a 7, it will be completed without a discharge automatically and will be a waste of your money and time.

You can file, but you will not be eligible to have your debts discharged, so to attempting a Chapter 7 less than 8 years after your previous Chapter 7 is sort of pointless.

Unfortunately you will not be eligible for another chapter 7 discharge until 8 full years have passed from the filing date of your prior chapter 7 case. As you seem to know, you CAN file a chapter 13 and obtain a discharge four years after the prior chapter 7 case. Good luck.

If you received a discharge in the previous Ch 7 you cannot file another Ch 7 until 8 years from date of filing. You can file a Ch 13 four years after a previous Ch. 7, from date of filing.
