How can I go about filing a bankruptcy due to payday loans and pay for an attorney?

I am currently in dire straits financially. I am a single family earner. My debt exceeds my income each month by over $600. I have payday loans totalling approximately $6500.00. There's a good chance that I may lose my car due to being behind on payments. What options do I have regarding bankruptcy and is there attorney in Albuquerque that would file and charge his/her fees on a payment plan?

I am only licensed in Missouri. You will have to talk to a few attorneys and see what they will work out with you. If you don't pay those payday loans, you can use that money to pay the costs of the bankruptcy.
