More details to this question:
I am trying to pay my ex for a small claims case from 2007. He works in Qatar and will not provide his address. He refuses to make arrangements to accept it when he returns to U.S. every six months. I believe he is avoiding accepting it until it reaches the max. time to recover it, as to receive years of interest also. Which is 10 years I believe in Texas. How can I get this resolved? Thank you.

If there is a court case, pay the court on deposit what is owed. If he fails to collect it, that is his problem, but the court will report it as resolved.

Check with a Texas lawyer but you generally can pay into court and end your liability.

Under Florida Statute 55.141, you can pay the clerk of court for the county in which the judgment was issued. The money will be placed into the registry of the court and you will receive a satisfaction of judgment.
