How can I save my house that is in foreclosure?

In Nevada, there are a lot of things you can do. First, you should answer the complaint and file a counterclaim. You should also ask for mediation under the Supreme Court's program. Then, you can start negotiating with the lender. Call a good lawyer who specializes in foreclosure defense.
