How can I stop agencies from docking from my paycheck?

More details to this question:
A collection agency started docking my paycheck $200 a check! I can't afford that and I'm going to go broke if I don't get my full check. Is it legal for them to take that much? I need this stopped ASAP. I think this is from an old credit card I wasn't able to pay off.

If they are docking (I believe you mean Garnishing) your paycheck, then they have sued you in Court, and applied for an Income Execution which should have been on notice to you. That was your time to plead before the Court as to the amount being taken out. You need to file with the issuing Court a document reconsidering.
