Dear Bankruptcy Judge, Please reinstate my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case (13-20168), it was dismissed in error. My Social Security Number (the last 4 digits) was provided on my application and it was accepted by the Clerk. I wasn't told that another form was need at the time of filing. I paid my installment payment and received a receipt with my case number on it. A few days later I received from the Court my Creditors meeting which is scheduled for July 23, 2013. I'm pleading for relief and the automatic stay to be return.
Posting a letter to a judge in a public forum is not the solution to your problem (nor would sending the letter to the actual judge).
