One has nothing to do with the other. Being on SSI does not preclude you from filing BK.

Not sure what your question is. Assuming you have debts that can not be paid when the come due, you can file a Chapter 7 BK. You should sit down with an experienced lawyer and review your options.

The requirements to file bankruptcy do not change because your only source of income is from social security. You may omit your social security income from the Means Test. However, I do not advise bankruptcy for someone whose only source of income is social security. Other less costly and less intrusive options are available to solve your debt problems.

Not a problem. Actually easier. SSI is not part of means test so easier.
