How do I get my name off car title with ex?

More details to this question:
I filed for bankruptcy which has been completed and my responsibility for a car that I co signed with my ex still has my name on it. I live in Florida so the title is held by the bank and they say I can't just sign the title to her even though I am not responsible for any payments. How do I go abut signing the title to remove me from any responsibility if she has an accident? Do I need a lawyer to get the bank to listen and let me sign off the title, I don't want the car, she can have it.
