How I can contetst a fraud bankruptcy, what proof do I have to have to do it, and does it require a attorney? Somebody is doing fraud bankruptcy and she trying to keep all what she has with this process (bankrupcy) she has all the ability to pay what she has to pay. She even brought her parents recently to United States and sent them back to home with a lot of money so she can keep all hers properties in United States. We both live in Maryland.
