My house is going up for auction tomorrow evening from back taxes I had a lawyer but due to medical had to retire and the lawyer that was referred is out of town. I just need to know what my options are. We were filing chapter 13 to stop it from being auctioned but now he’s done.

You would have to either file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy or an emergency Order to Show Cause which requests a stay. You would need to provide the court with a reason why you would be successful in the underlying foreclosure action.
