How long must I wait before I can file again?

More details to this question:
I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2005 and the debt was discharged in 2006.

You have to wait 8 years from the time you filed your last ch 7 bankruptcy.

You can file Chapter 7 once every 8 years, measured from the FILING DATE of your last case. Whatever day you filed in 2005, you can file again on or after that date in 2013.

You should be able to file after 7 years is finished.
