What kind of motion are you referring to?

Depends on what you are moving for. You might well be asking how much for tires on my vehicle - is it a Schwinn, Harley, Hummer, or a Mack truck. You need to specify what you are talking about. When an attorney gets into a case, they are in for the long run, so you need to give us a clue as to what your "emergency motion" entails.

There is no set fee or formula as to charging for an emergency motion in bankruptcy. Consult with several attorneys before retaining someone on an emergency basis.

It depends on the motion. Most attorneys will not file a motion in a case unless you are being represented in the bankruptcy case.

That completely depends on what the motion is. Also, realize that there are fees for filing an application to shorten time (which may be needed in an "emergency" motion). Go to your local BK court's website, or call the clerk's office to find out what the fees are for what you need to do.

This varies from lawyer to lawyer and also on the nature of the relief sought in the motion.

I am not really sure what an emergency motion is or if you mean the filing fee or the attorney fee.
