How much does it cost to reopen a bankruptcy case?

I am not sure what you are asking, a motion would be about $220, attorneys fees extra.

If you case has not yet been dismissed, file the certification right away. If it has it will cost you $260 to reopen a & and $235 to reopen a 13.

You have to pay a filing fee to the Court. Practices from court to court differ, but you then have to bring a motion to reopen the case and get permission to do whatever it was that was not done in order to get the discharge.

You are better off bringing a motion for contempt in the state court than doing anything in the bankruptcy court.
