More details to this question:
I filed C13 a few years ago to get rid of a nasty creditor. There was some collateral damage to another (good) bank. I want to make nice with them and get their comments off my credit report. Need a plan and what to do/not to do. Lawyers in the Binghamton NY area are no help.

The old comments cannot be removed until they drop off. You post is unclear. I am not sure what you want to do.
